We are writing to register our thanks to Janet and Jo at your New Haw branch for selling our house at the above address and apologise to them for not having written this letter sooner.
We asked various agents to come and value our house with a view to putting it on the market nearly a year ago - we did not go ahead at that point as we were not sure where we wanted to move to and were also not happy with any of the agents who had come in; they were either verbose and/or there was no common ground on price which resulted in us having no confidence in their handling our sale. We intensified our search for an area to move to and having found it telephone for company at Ottershaw and were referred to your New Haw branch. Ian Overing came round, was extremely professional giving us a realistic price with assurances as to how your company could help us sell and we agreed to go ahead. We then had a visit from bother Janet and Jo who familiarised themselves with the house, whilst measuring and photographic it, again, very professional.
The various viewings were arranges, we were constantly kept informed and they were at pains to keep the situation fluid and fine tuned - all done in very good spirit and good humour. The offer we received was less than we had hoped for but Ian's gentle handling of the situation - patting us into realistic shape when asked - sent us to find the property we have purchased and love. The follow through, especially by Janet but also helped by Jo helped the sale to come together with our purchase - not an altogether easy task but one done beautifully gentle positivity to achieve the desired result.
So, thank you so very much to all concerned, we are extremely grateful and are of course recommending your company to anyone who asks or is thinking of selling; hopefully this will result in more business for you, your company's professionalism deserves it.
I am at last back home in South Africa, and would like to thank you for all the exceptional, professional and friendly service experienced in working with you on the very quick sale of our Addlestone property. Thank you for a seamless Negotiation I found you particularly friendly (all of you) and efficient, which appeared effortless on your part, but was not after taking over the sale of my property on 28.03.11 you made strenuous efforts to market the property, Resuming in an early sale by 05.04.11! Joanna, she put up with a lot of teasing. We enjoyed our visits to property even if we didn’t like most of them, (The other half was the problem) Joanna was a pleasure to be with and very professional, our visits to the office were always very pleasant and Janet and Ian very helpful at all times.
While I was looking, the office was helpful in arranging viewings. Post my offer being accepted who ever I needed them to chase or obtain an answer to a question they were very helpful. I had a lot of contact with Jo who was both empathetic and efficient.
